This is a 3rd shift position with hours scheduled from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Training will be conducted during the 1st shift, which runs from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon successful completion of training, the transition to the 3rd shift will be facilitated.

Position Title: Mold Press Operator

3 rd Shift: 5PM-5AM

Pay Rate: $21.28

Job Description:

As a 3rd Shift Mold Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production processes and contribute directly to our new product development initiatives. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining molds, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload molds into molding machines efficiently and safely.

• Monitor the molding process closely to ensure smooth operation and detect any issues or complications.

• Perform regular inspections of molds and machines for signs of wear, damage, or malfunctions.

• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to resolve issues that arise during production.

• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.

• Clean molds and machinery regularly to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

• Document production activities, including machine settings, production counts, and any issues encountered.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production processes and meet production targets.

• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
