About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
SME for the account
Help train account team on various waste streams, recycling, operations, sustainability, etc.
Assist operations in owning the category and develop processes for supplier engagement (ie process for after hour pickups).
Develop savings opportunities with supplier for account and individual sites.
Review spend and program attributes to continue to show CBRE value to the client.
Change Management
Be responsible as main CBRE contact for waste process changes / savings initiatives.
Work with client on implementing waste charter objectives.
Work with client on educating sites and drive behavioral changes of Mars associates to understand importance of waste stream separation.
Program Management
Point of contact for any blocking issues at the site level.
Manage reporting back to client.
Guide any scope/cost changes at the sites.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the Waste/Sustainability Program Analyst position is $75,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
