uties & Responsibilities: Troubleshooting maintenance alarms. AT&T Wireless experience preferred. NWSA TTT - I Certification preferred. OTDR / Sweep / PIM Testing Experience. Closeout Submittal. Pre/Post Site Photos. Communication with the customer. Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group (MNS) Health Safety and Environmental Policies. (Safety Manual). Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI). Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew. Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites. Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew. Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership. Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort. Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces. Coordinate with customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representative. Provide leadership, and guidance and actively train/promote learning to all crew members. Always maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition. Validate daily timesheets for Management. Serve as a mentor to new less experienced technicians. Other duties as assigned.

Safety is a part of your day to day. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You are looking for long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. You demonstrate expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge. You have a working knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Owning a WSA certification is a plus
