Oracle Security and Release Compliance Lead - Aconex in Jackson, Mississippi
Job Description
Security and release compliance represent an integration of complex software development processes and stakeholders at Oracle. Each product has a lead Security Point of Contact (SPOC) that manages the overall security posture across the entire product. This position would satisfy that role for Aconex, which includes working with over a dozen team security leads across the 50+ services that comprise the solution, as well as with corporate architecture and security organizations. Security is an important dimension of maintaining product compliance with internal requirements and as external regulations and standards, such as the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) established by the US federal government. We are a continuously improving and evolving product organization; a key responsibility of this role will be driving process changes that enable us to improve our velocity and adherence to compliance and standards, as well as acting as a reviewer and facilitator to navigate technology transformations through the Corporate Security Solution Assurance Process (CSSAP). Due to the involvement with FedRAMP, this role is required to be in the US.

Responsibilities
Ensuring best security practices are maintained and improved through processes, policies, and routine exercises.
Lead development Security Point of Contacts (SPOCs) to collectively and continuously resolve critical and high security issues as well as drive continuous efforts to reduce numbers of overall security issues.
Collaborating closely with peers, leaders, and business stakeholders across the organization, actively sharing patterns and knowledge across teams, ensuring solutions are consistent with established patterns and applicable for Aconex, IGIU and Oracle.
Bridging and filtering security findings before engaging development SPOC to ensure resolution activities are relevant, actionable, trackable.
Providing appropriate insights to stakeholders on overall posture of security and its trend through continuous reports and updates.Translating compliance and security requirements into actionable items and roadmaps, with results found from scans, external penetration tests, or internal research.
Ensuring continued compliant status with High Compliance programs, recognized International Standards, Oracle Internal Standards and Policies.
Contributing to the architectural roadmap for the cloud-based platform, especially security and compliance characteristics.
Contributing to the overall API Security Strategy, EDA Security strategy, and Zero Trust Architecture strategy for Aconex.
Collaborating with Development, QA, and Cloud Operations teams to coordinate release and security dependencies and constraints.
Assist with setting the guidelines for development and deployment to maximize the speed and efficiency of the releases with the available tools and resources, as well as standardizing with the GIU Release Management group on non-technical aspects such as process, tracking, and release alignment.
Ensuring that release deliverables are compliant with Oracle Corporate standards and policies, OCI processes and requirements, to meet quality assurance goals and customer expectations.
Assisting in the development and enforcement of policies for hotfixes and emergency releases.
Tracking and reporting on release metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, and identifying Cycle Time trends that can be improved.
Providing input for environment configurations, including deployment and rollback procedures for multiple environments.
Staying current with the latest industry trends and GIU policies on processes and technologies to continuously refine and improve the release process.
Helping individual teams mature the Oracle Release Compliance process for Aconex.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
