Cribl, Inc Product Manager - Shared Services in Jackson, Mississippi

This is a job for a Product Manager - Shared Services position with the company located in Jackson, MS area.

Job Summary: The Cribl Product Management teams sits at the center of the entire company, responsible for ensuring that the product strategy and execution aligns closely with our customers' needs and company values. Cribl Product Management teams are more than just backlog babysitters, Cribl Product Management goes beyond delivery of features and ensures that we are creating value, lowering barriers of entry and accelerating adoption through the entire customer journey. Cribl Product Managers are truly cross-functional and require technical depth, value user experience and work alongside marketing, sales, services, and many other teams to continue Cribl's leading position in the IT, Security and Observability markets.

Responsibilities: Guide the product roadmap by living in the product - we're a hands-on keyboard PM team. Work across the Product team to build consensus on experiences and services that will be shared by our entire product portfolio - PM is not a solo sport here at Cribl! Work closely with our UX, guidance and engineering teams to develop the best experience for a variety of personas and experience levels across our product portfolio. Work with the volumes of data we have about our products and users to build plans based on hard data with an eye on how to improve over time. Align with field teams and customers on key services and experiences to grow the value of our products. Always be working with customers, we are nothing without our customers. Help guide and learn from our team of experts in engineering and our sales teams. 

Qualifications: 5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role. Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space. Background building and owning cloud services with a focus on billing, metering, cost management for enterprise services. Deep experience in customer journey mapping and working with User Experience teams building flows across growing product portfolios. Must be a strong communicator: writer and reader. As a remote first company this is our primary way of collaborating. You love being a technical Product Manager - you spend time building labs, learning new technologies and are never satisfied with what you know today. Able to demo product at a high level as well as go into the details - not just why but how it was done.
