Summary:

 This is a brand-new role at Cribl! We are looking for a Learning & Development Sr. Manager to play an integral role in creating and driving the Learning & Development strategy and executing programs that enhance the skills, performance, and career growth of our employees at all levels. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of belonging, celebrating differences, and high-performing teams, all while preserving and cultivating Cribl's unique culture. The position will also work closely with Senior Leaders and People Business Partners to consult on team effectiveness, facilitate core curriculum workshops and measure the overall effectiveness of our L&D programs. This role does not have direct reports and will report to the Director of Talent Success (Employee Experience, DEI, and Learning & Development). Peers on the team include ERG and Employee Experience Program Managers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement learning and development strategies to drive results and business outcomes at Cribl for our Senior Leadership and Individual Contributor populations. Oversee the Peer Manager Coaching Cohort program, ensuring its continuous improvement and scalability. Develop and facilitate workshops. Partner with PBPs and business units to enhance team effectiveness. Partner with the Director of Talent Success and Chief People Officer to run our annual Manager Summit. Evaluate and own our Learning tech stack. Work with our ERG Program Manager and ERG Leads to design and facilitate bespoke workshops for our ERG members and allies.

Requirements

: Proven experience scaling L&D programs in a fast-growing tech company. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans. Adept in facilitating workshops and coaching both individuals and teams. Ability to analyze L&D metrics and use data to inform decision making. Familiarity with modern L&D practices and trends in the tech industry. An understanding of DEI principles and how to build L&D programs that minimize bias. A love of music, icebreakers (our team is the best at these), and laughing. Oh, and you kind of must love goats. Seriously.
