Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager 2 to support one of our Clients Corporate Headquarters in Jackson, MS! The food operation is 1 Corporate Cafe and Catering Operations.This is a well-established and longtime partner of Sodexo's. Our General Manager will have operational and financial over-site for food services onsite. Must be able to provide strong leadership and direction to the food service department with a focus on providing innovative and high-quality programs.

What You'll Do
Lead the front-line staff in providing an exceptional customer service experience to the customers and patients we serve
Complete daily kitchen inspections
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation to all customers served
Implement new programs and systems to support our food service operations
Maintain HACCP and safety standards for the operation
Creating staff schedules
Maintain Sodexo's cash handling standards, accounting, and reporting processes
Prepare operating reports and compile unit data for our client
Partner with frontline staff to enhance engagement and develop their skill sets
Ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

What You Bring
3-4 years’ experience in food management leadership
Strong financial acumen
Computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
Prior management experience in corporate environment is a plus for the role
