Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
The individual will be working in a brake facility, ensuring all specifications are met. They will be responsible for final inspection at the end of the machine process. The parts are automatically processed and drilled to spec by the machine, and the production operator inspects each brake disc for any flash, scratches, dents, or chips. They will also perform spot checks with micrometers and calipers to ensure the machine outputs the proper product. Once inspected and approved, the parts are loaded for delivery. Each operator will inspect and load 25-30 parts per hour. Candidates must be flexible for 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
Inspect part for flash, scratches, dents, or chips.
Perform spot checks with micrometers and calipers.
Ensure machine outputs meet specifications.
Load inspected parts for delivery.
Maintain flexibility for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Essential Skills
2+ years of Manufacturing experience in a Production/Machine Operator role.
Great job tenure with no terminations from previous positions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience with blueprint reading.
1+ year in the automotive industry.
1+ year of experience working 3rd shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13
