HotelRunner Customer Onboarding Specialist in İzmir, Turkey

As HotelRunner, We're looking for great Customer Onboarding Specialists ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

About the job

  • Responsible for the installation of HotelRunner products in hotels

  • Engage hotels in our products and increase their daily application usage frequencies

  • Master the detailed functions and features of our products

  • Work closely with a team of sales specialists and managers

  • Create solid relationships with hotels

  • Qualify up-selling and cross-selling leads and opportunities

  • Proactively call into carefully targeted accounts; utilize and maintain a corporate database

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from related departments

  • 4-5 years of Hospitality and Accommodation experience

  • Experience with PMS and channel management at e-commerce

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, partner service, and communication, both over the phone and in email

  • Experience using CRM solutions to manage hotels and pipelines for speed and accuracy

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • High energy, high enthusiasm, yet professional

  • Excellent communicator; assertive and persuasive

  • Creative, great listener, and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • A passion and desire to work at a company trying to change the World
