Job Overview: The director of Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained throughout our facilities. This position is responsible for the management of housekeeping supervisory staff. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, while providing leadership and direction to both housekeeping supervisors and their teams, ensuring a consistently exceptional standard of service throughout our facilities. Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000, + Bonus, Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round Onsite: Black Desert Resort Job Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead, manage, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service standards, maintaining the resort's reputation for luxury and quality. Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures that meet and exceed the expectations of our guests and adhere to industry best practices. Oversee the recruitment, training, and developme t of ho usekeeping staff, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated workforce. Manage daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry services, and public area maintenance. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient operation of the resort. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring budgetary compliance and effective cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. Regularly inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards. Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $80,000.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
