Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a HRBP, your primary focus will be, but is not limited to, talent and organization development. You will play a crucial part in overseeing various aspects of talent and performance management, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Your role extends beyond general HR matters to encompass strategic initiatives, HR project implementation, and overall support to achieve both business-specific and country-wide HR objectives. Your responsibilities include providing quality HR advice, coaching, and support to managers, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the business's strategic and operational goals

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, influence, and facilitate talent and organizational development initiatives to support strategic objectives acting as a liaison between HR and business ensuring alignment with company’s HR strategy

  • Develop and implement a national learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development and build organizational capabilities.

  • Ensuring that the performance management request is implemented effectively, training employees in this context and monitoring the process

  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, serving as a valuable HR resource

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive HR programs across the country such as succession process, employee surveys and studies, leadership programs at appropriate levels

  • Presenting and localizing KN global trainings

  • Using individual assessment tools and providing feedback.

  • Creating and following up on individual development plans

  • Observing and ensuring talent acquisition activities carried out by the Talent Sourcing Center

  • Following and coordinating necessary organizational changes, including making announcements

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process and orientation programs

  • Facilitate, follow and coordinate necessary organizational changes, including making internal announcements

  • Be responsible for employee engagement, event management and lead social responsibility projects

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution

  • Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

  • Act as a bridge between HR and the business, actively participating in cross-functional initiatives, ensure that the provision of HR services, policies and programs is aligned with company’s HR strategy

  • Work in collaboration with expert functions, global HRBPs to address various HR needs as required

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in HRBP roles, with a focus on talent & organizational development

  • Advanced English and Fluent Turkish skills

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills with a hands-on mindset

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with good-judgement skills

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

  • Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee development
