Barilla Key Account Manager in Istanbul, Turkey
Barilla Turkey seeks to recruit a Key Account Manager (Sales Professional) – Modern Trade, based in İstanbul. The individual will hierarchically report to Sales Channel Manager-Modern Trade.
Job Descriptions :
Ensuring that the process of customer planning takes place effectively to deliver financial targets.
Leading the process of annual negotiations to drive stronger customer planning.
Ensuring effective communication between Headquarter and customers.
Leading cross-functional communication with supply chain, finance and marketing.
Ensuring strongly communication with Marketing & Merchandising teams to drive excellence in execution.
Identifying and highlighting risks & opportunities within S&OP+ cycle to deliver better business results continuously.
Leading and driving visibility in his & her customer portfolio through structured systems such as scorecards & dashboards which are updated and shared on regular basis.
Ensuring that ROI mindset strongly exists within modern trade account management approach.
Planning regular field visits to drive continuous development in field management.
Executing the sales plan in line with company strategy, supported by marketing
objectives
Closely monitor and follow up customer invoices, operational processes.
Active participation in Barilla Turkey’s D&I projects and activities.
Qualifications :
Min. 3-4 years experience in Modern Trade management (including national e-commerce, cash and carry, and wholesalers) within FMCG companies.
Bachelor degree in related fields
Fluent in English
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
Result oriented with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
