Key responsibilities:

• Visiting feed industry players, mainly ruminant farms

• Identifying new business opportunities and develop our own market as well as finding the best solutions for our customers with ANH product portfolio

• Defining and implementing customer action plans for existing products and to win new accounts

• Creating customer visit plans, cash collection and reporting to Sales and Finance

• Close follow-up of the economical situations of the customers to be proactive and optimizing customer portfolio

• Collecting relevant customer and competitor information as well as coordinating and ensuring resolution of customer complaints

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agriculture Engineer or Animal Nutrition or Science

• Soft skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team;

• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in an unsupervised capacity while maintaining focus;

• Results oriented work ethic with excellent relationship building abilities;

• Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills as well as concise and astute communication skills;

• Demonstrated superior sales project management skills and evidence of the ability to successfully complete projects;

• Language knowledge: native in Turkish and fluent in English

• Availability for travelling with a valid Driving license (at least Category B)
