Microsoft Corporation Contract Management: Internship Opportunities in Issy Les Moulineaux, France

A Microsoft Contract Management Intern will be responsible for identifying and analysing current concessions on upcoming deals, as well as evaluating these concessions for potential renewal or transition to MCA. They will also track concessions granted by clients, including detailed records of numbers and accepted terms. Additionally, they will develop FAQs to address common client inquiries and provide first-level support to the Commercial Executive team for general questions and client information requests. Furthermore, they will create summary sheets on various relevant regulations to assist the Commercial Executives

Responsibilities

  • Mapping of existing concessions on upcoming deals

  • Analysis of concessions for a potential renewal or transition to MCA

  • Mapping of concessions granted by Client (numbers/concessions accepted by the client)

  • Creation of an FAQ on frequently asked client questions:

  • Assistance to Commercial Executive team on first-level questions (generic questions/client information requests)

  • Creation of summary sheets for Commercial Executives:

  • Data Protection Topics

  • AI

  • AI ACT

  • AI T&C

  • DORA

  • NIS 2

  • Other trending regulations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Student completing a Master's degree in law, or an internship at a law school (CRFPA), or a business school

  • Available for a minimum 6-month internship

  • Fluent in French

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in private law (ideally specializing in IP/IT, personal data, business law, and/or contract law)

  • Previous professional experience (internship or other) is a plus
