Notes from Intake: • Reason for Hiring: Replacement for a contractor who resigned to a permanent position. • Position Type: Hybrid role must be in the Issaquah, WA area. In Office 3 days are Tuesday to Thursday. • Travel Required: No. • Experience Required: 1-3 years. • Urgency: ASAP. • Interview Process: First interview with the hiring manager, second interview with two team members. • Work Hours: Standard hours, 9 AM - 5 PM. • Must-Have Skills: 1. Project management skills (defining schedules and plans, following up with stakeholders). 2. Organizational skills (collecting data, meeting deadlines, tracking activities). 3. Communication skills (following up with team members on tasks). • Nice-to-Have Skills: Process improvement and defining processes. Position Description: The project coordinator for the cardiovascular franchise will work closely with the cross functional teams to plan and execute a variety of on going projects across clinical studies, research and development and product management. This position is based in Issaquah, WA. Project coordinator tasks: - Align schedules between cross functional teams. - Ownership of Inventory Management for the cardiovascular team - Initialize internal approval processes and track completion. - Collect data from collaboration sites and summarize results. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Organize logistics to send and receive materials from external partners. - Tracking invoices and payments based on contractual agreements, keeps records of all payments. - Tracking ECE case schedules and coordinating with account owners - Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders. - Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered. Experience: 1-3 years. Knowledge: Qualified as Project Manager (according to PM@companyens): Manages small projects of low complexity or higher. Thorough professional know-how in one Sub Job Family, based on practical experience and theoretical foundation. Focus on applying and expanding acquired knowledge base. Application of knowledge in increasingly both broader professional and managerial context. Basic level of professional judgment competence. Improves processes within specialized area. Impacts team results
