In this crucial role, you will supervise several Adult Home Care Aides, and you will also assist the house residents in developing independent living skills to increase their self-sufficiency, self-esteem, and self-worth.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESSupervision of Adult HomeOperation of Adult Home in compliance with applicable laws and regulationsRecruitment and general supervision of staff and volunteersSupervision of Resident Services, including acting as Case Manager and Activities Director of the Adult HomeAdmission, transfer and discharge of residentsCoordination with and development of community activities and services for residentsMaintenance of positive community relationsProtection of Resident's rights and development of appropriate mechanisms for their protectionMaintenance of a system to enable residents to present grievances or recommendations regarding facility operations and programsHave had training to carry out assignments and take care of emergencies and sudden illnesses of residents.All other duties as assignedIf you're passionate about making a difference and contributing to our mission, we want to hear from you.
