Responsibilities
Operate blending and mixing equipment to accurately combine pharmaceutical ingredients according to formulation specifications.
Monitor blending processes to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients and adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Set up and operate tablet compression machines to produce tablets of various sizes and shapes.
Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired tablet characteristics, including hardness, thickness, and weight.
Conduct in-process checks to verify tablet quality and identify any deviations from standards.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Perform in-process inspections and sampling to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
Document all production activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
