Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Sr. Pharmacy Technician in Irving, TX ! This role is in person / onsite.

Type: Three-month contract, opportunity for extension

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Pay: $22 to $24.50 an hour

Responsibilities of the Sr. Pharmacy Technician:

· Following USP 797 and company policies for compounding and cleaning daily

· Packaging and pulling medications and supplies

· Assisting with stocking shelves

· Assisting with monthly inventory tasks

· Speaking to patients, scheduling deliveries and refill prescriptions weekly

· Packing and sending patient deliveries via Fedex

· Placing orders and assisting in inventory management

· May need to assist with labeling and organizing medications and supplies as needed

· May need to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously as needed

Qualifications for the Sr. Pharmacy Technician:

· High School Diploma/GED (or higher) required

· Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas required

· 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience in retail or other pharmacy required

· National Pharm Tech license preferred but not required

· 1 year of Home Infusion experience Sterile Compounding preferred but not required
