The Relationship Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction and expanding our relationships with plan sponsors and participants, thereby enhancing the value Halcyon provides to its clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Manage the ongoing service schedule for multiple retirement plans.
• Conduct regular meetings with small business owners discussing their retirement plan.
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate employee education presentations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Build strong relationships with retirement plan participants, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
• Confident presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
