Do you have excellent attention to detail? Do you have experience in the financial industry? Our client, located in Irving, TX is currently hiring for an Operations Associate to join their Residential Payment team! Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Overtime as needed Candidates must be local to the area as the role will be onsite.

Responsibilities
Servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans and tax information
Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to ensure client satisfaction
Research, collect and fill gaps for missing data to ensure accuracy
Utilize various tools to analyze and manipulate data according to defined business procedures
Adhere to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements
Review and compare tax documents and payments to ensure all data matches
