In this role, you will:
Manage and develop Merchant Services Sales team and engage stakeholders and internal partners associated
Supervise in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in complex functions
Make decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of management
Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers, as well as interact directly with external customer
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Merchant Services Sales
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Strong relationship management experience
4+ years Managing compliance, risk, and credit processes
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Experience working directly with premium customer segment, in partnership with RBRM, SSBDR, and VSBB
Ability to identify, understand, and analyze growth opportunities based on market potential
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead by influence and example
Ability to provide exceptional client satisfaction to retain and grow Merchant Client relationships
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Experience creating Merchant Service sales opportunities
Small Business Merchant and Banking experience strongly desired
Ability to partner with support channels to meet business goals.
Execute business planning to meet the initiatives of Small Business Merchant and Small Business Banking.
Align with Small Business strategy
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Ability to travel between Charlotte and Texas up to 50% of the time.
