Robert Half Financial Reporting in Irving, Texas

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a SEC Reporting Manager in Irving, Texas. The incumbent will be instrumental in ensuring Financial Reporting and SEC compliance for a 144A debt offering memorandum. This role involves working with various facets such as SEC background, whitepapers, work papers, and offering documents, with a particular focus on business segment reporting and consolidation reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Financial Reporting and SEC compliance for a 144A debt offering memorandum.

• Conduct thorough review and analysis of SEC background, whitepapers, and work papers.

• Develop and manage offering documents for debt offering.

• Gain proficiency in ASC 280 - business segment reporting, and ASC 810 consolidation reporting.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient management of accounting functions.

• Ensure adherence to compliance norms and regulations in all activities undertaken.

• Prepare disclosures as per regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the External Audit team to facilitate smooth audit processes.

• Oversee Financial Reporting operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports.

• Manage SEC Reporting with a view to maintain transparency and adherence to guidelines. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting functions

• Proven experience in compliance and regulatory matters

• Capability to manage and prepare disclosures

• Experience in dealing with external audits

• Expertise in financial reporting and analysis

• Prior experience in SEC Reporting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
