CVS Health Financial Forecasting Advisor – Rebates and Underwriting in Irving, Texas

Job Description

CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity within the PBM Financial Forecasting team team to be an individual contributor responsible for forecasting, underwriting rebates, and being overall subject matter rebate experts.

In this high impact role, you will collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure CVS Health is providing market competitive rebate offers, including overseeing all aspects of finalizing rebate guarantees. You will work closely with key internal partners such as Sales and Account Services, Underwriting, Legal, Trade, and Proposals. You will occasionally engage with external clients, prospective clients, attorneys, and consultants. You will also have responsibility for establishing guarantees within contracts and support necessary actions to align tools to meet execution needs. Prior PBM Underwriting and/or health care contracting experience is preferred but not required.

Here, you will be an integral member of the team. Your success will be driven by your ability to interact with others in a collaborative and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks.

Your strong presentation skills, aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way, as well as your ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities will also contribute to your success. Additionally, your experience in Microsoft Excel-based modeling to extract, manipulate and analyze large data sets to draw conclusions is key.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in financial analysis, analytics, underwriting or forecasting required

Preferred Qualifications

• PBM and rebate expertise strongly preferred

• Understanding of trade and rebate contract interpretation

• Advanced excel functions including macro and vba
