ManpowerGroup Exchange/Identity Support Engineer in Irving, Texas

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking all levels of support engineers to join their team. The levels range from 1 through 5 at $35-$48/hour! As a Support Engineer, you will be providing frontline customer support for M365 Enterprise Level customers in areas of Exchange Online, Cloud Identity and Azure Identity Support. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Exchange, Identity & Security/Compliance, and white glove customer service skills.

Exchange/Identity Support Engineer

18-month contract

Hybrid - Remote & Irving, TX

Typical Day in the Role:

  • Purpose of the Team – Provide frontline customer support for M365 Enterprise Level customers in areas of Exchange online, Cloud Identity and Azure Identity support.

  • Key projects - Will be working on support cases for M365 Enterprise Level customers.

  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm – Work assigned tickets from the queue, collaborate with colleagues via various methods such as Teams meetings or group chats to triage on difficult cases.

  • Unique Selling Points - Work from home

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4-year technical degree or 3-7+ years in technical support role or MIS in an Enterprise environment.

  • Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Applications.

  • Strong working knowledge of Exchange online, the Exchange online admin center, email flow and troubleshooting email flow issues.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to sometimes non-technical customers and business executives.

  • Candidate should possess a solid working knowledge of Enterprise Messaging Administrative concepts such as Identity, client authentication, Identity Authorization, and the end user Authentication experience.

  • Candidate should be familiar with the Identity Synchronization Technologies and tools used such as (DirSync, AAD Connect, FIM…etc.), and have general understanding of Identity and Access Management, M365 Identity Management.

  • Strong organization, time management, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Experience with Fiddler and analyzing network traffic.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience, candidate must meet at least 3 of the following listed requirements below:

  • Experience working with Exchange and/or Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Cloud Identity, or Security & Compliance) | 3-7+ years of experience

  • Working experience with Azure Identity and Cloud identity specifically | 3-7+ years of experience

  • Strong background in Windows based operating systems and applications | 3-7+ years of experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer facing IT support experience | 3-7+ years of experience

  • Experience working in an Enterprise level environment where you have worked with and directly supported executive members of an organization | 3-7+ years of experience

Nice to haves:

  • MSFT Certifications such as:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

  • Previous MSFT work experience

  • Experience working with and supporting customers in another language(s)
