Aston Carter Entry Level Merchandising Analyst in Irving, Texas

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and/or new stores associated with acquisitions, as well as managing store back-office systems transitions

  • Perform comprehensive analysis to support various activities, including but not limited to, wholesale and CDC store changes, vendor acquisitions, assortment changes between vendors and new stores, and launches of organic new stores or new product lines

  • Take charge of projects and assign cross-functional responsibilities by team, ensuring alignment with targeted go-live dates for new vendors and/or new stores

  • Work closely with vendors to gather necessary information required for setup across various departments and systems, including accounting, merchandising, and IT

  • Ensure that vendors are fully set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the setup process and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise

  • Collect, review, and submit all required internal forms and documentation for processing across systems.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the setup process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed

  • 1-3 years experience working in merchandising or retail

  • Strong Excel experience needed
