How You'll Make an Impact

As a Director of Account Delivery (ADL) at Epsilon, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless orchestration and delivery of all CRM and Loyalty services. You will play a pivotal role in planning and strategizing for client growth, overseeing the effective delivery of our services, and resolving any issues that arise. Your leadership will be critical in monitoring client engagement, managing budgets, and tracking service metrics, while also driving innovative solutions to enhance our offerings and expand our agency footprint within client organizations. Your ability to inspire and lead teams will ensure we deliver exceptional results that align with our clients' objectives.

What You'll Achieve

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to account delivery teams, ensuring the quality, completeness, and timeliness of solution delivery.

  • Develop and maintain productive client relationships across various management levels.

  • Lead planning and budgeting efforts for account delivery, ensuring alignment with client business needs.

  • Oversee and implement continual delivery excellence initiatives, both corporate-driven and account-based.

  • Manage client concerns and escalations effectively, ensuring swift resolution.

  • Influence and inspire teams to collaborate and maintain a service mindset.

  • Stay updated on marketing technology trends to integrate into client roadmaps and business development initiatives.

  • Drive strategic planning and improvements for delivery processes, enhancing operational efficiency.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:

  • 10+ years of service delivery experience in real-time marketing technology solutions, leading high-performing, globally distributed teams.

  • Expertise in campaign management tools and databases (e.g., Adobe, SFMC) and significant digital experience in email execution, DMP, web tagging, and content management.

  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing CRM/Digital Transformation trends across multiple industries.

  • Familiarity with industry prevalent tools and technologies in identity, CRM, digital interactions, data enrichment, campaign orchestration, BI, and analytical modeling.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience in the financial services industry

  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technical acumen skills.

  • Ability to drive process improvements and maintain profitability through effective risk and issue management.

Pay Range:

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.​
