Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse delivers professional nursing care to age-specific patients on the Critical Care Units which includes Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Units. Follows the Board of Nursing’s (BON) Standards of Nursing Practice utilizing the nursing process in care delivery. Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions within the parameters of their legal scope of practice and in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws; rules and regulations; and policies, procedures and guidelines of Medical City Healthcare (MCH).
What qualifications you will need:
ADN required.
BSN preferred. Must sign agreement that BSN required within 24 months of hire date.
Minimum 18 months experience within an acute care hospital with a minimum one year in a specialty area.
Must be willing to float to all facilities within our East Pod:
Medical City Dallas, Denton, Frisco, Las Colinas, Lewisville, McKinney, Plano, Sachse.
