Job Title: CBORC Global Org PMO CPMC Reporting and QC Manager

The Global Consumer Bank (GCB) Consumer Business Operating Risk and Controls (CBORC) is forming a centralized global Organization Program Management Governance Office (Org PMO). The Org PMO will have two primary functions; 1) to execute program management and 2) to govern other in-business program managers pursuant to Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) requirements.

This role is to support overall reporting and quality control / testing for the Org PMO team (governance and execution) reporting to the CPMC Reporting and QC Sr. Manager. This role requires significant project management skills as well as deep knowledge of CPMC Standards and Procedures.

This role will require superior project management skills, deep business knowledge, broad connections across all businesses as needed, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and regulatory knowledge. Candidates must have experience in effective report design and publication, complex problem solving, and working across multiple businesses and geographies (international).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the identification of CPMC required reporting, PMO executive level, and Business relevant reporting needs. Design appropriate templates and manage the flow of information to and from the Org PMO team.

  • Analyze data across Citi-Wide Key Initiatives, CBORC Key Initiatives Business Key Initiatives, and regulatory driven initiatives within CBORC and beyond.

  • Ensure key stakeholders are properly identified for reporting content and distribution.

  • Participate in book of work reviews with businesses and health checks.

  • Coordinate as needed PM related regulatory inquiries and provide guidance during internal/external audits

  • Lead on-demand project reviews and post-mortems.

  • Enforce program and project management governance guidelines and follow up on exceptions.

  • Establish clear escalation paths to raise Program Management Concerns to CBORC Org PMO Senior Management team as appropriate.

  • Maintain engagement with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense.


Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business required.

  • Track record of exceptional performance.

  • 5-7 years minimum experience with 2 years minimum experience in project management (including execution and governance), including experience leading large scale projects.

  • Detailed knowledge of the Citi PM Policy and Citi PM Standards and knowledge of the interaction with industry level standards.

Skill requirements

  • Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau, etc.), advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL.

  • Uses project management experience and knowledge to recommend best practices and remediation.

  • Builds a comprehensive understanding of key clients, subject matter, and priorities.

  • Uses broad knowledge and expertise to clearly define complex issues despite incomplete or ambiguous information.

  • Provides support on due diligence, planning, and offers creative solutions to help achieve objectives.

  • Creates and sustains a network of strong partnerships with the business (relationship and product management) and other functions, particularly decision makers and influencers.

  • Demonstrates diplomacy.

  • Strong process and project management skills including the ability to manage several large initiatives simultaneously. Detail oriented, analytical.
