The Work:
You will be a value architect for mid to large-sized engagements involving Apps maintenance, Systems integration, Apps development, and Apps-Infra support engagements. As a Solution Architect, you will leverage your deep solutioning/delivery experience to individually create solutions and also to develop solutions collaboratively with the client stakeholders (either advising or co-creating the solutions). As part of this role, you will/may need to:
Lead the technical solutioning of Data/AI workstreams for RFPs/RFIs, helping shape winning proposals that align with client expectations and showcase our competitive edge
Understand Data and AI business requirements and convert them into technology requirements / use cases
Analyze current state architecture, define the target dispositioning strategy, and define target-state technical architecture diagrams
Utilize deep knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to, AWS Glue, EMR, Redshift, RDS, Aurora, S3, DMS, Kinesis, MSK, SageMaker, Lambda, Lake Formation, Athena, Quicksight, and more, to build scalable and secure data pipelines and AI models.
Leverage internally built Data & AI reusable assets, tools, and accelerators to craft innovative and differentiated solutions, ensuring we deliver the best value to our clients
Collaborate with practice teams and external vendors (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, IBM, Collibra, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) to provide a comprehensive data solution
Work with SME’s and leads for estimation signoffs
Conduct solution reviews with Global sales leadership, account leads, and commercial directors
Conduct delivery reviews with internal and client stakeholders
Act as a bridge between sales and delivery teams
Provide inputs for client-facing proposal documents (i.e., Why this solution? Why this tech component? Why Accenture for this solution?)
Participate in client orals to defend the solution (architecture, estimates, staffing etc.) in various internal and external forums, including Client presentations, Capability/delivery/sales MD reviews
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services and a proven track record in architecting large-scale data-driven and AI solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in architecting and delivering large scale Data/AI solutions on AWS
Minimum of 5 years AWS services and solutions, with a focus on data engineering, big data, AI/ML, and cloud-native architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty, or equivalent is highly preferred
Has knowledge and exposure of Data Governance, MDM, and third-party data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, etc.
Willingness to work in ambiguity and make informed assumptions in case of limited information
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders (internal & client) and articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner
Ability to think creatively and strategically about how to leverage internal assets to create differentiated and innovative solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
