Description We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. Based in Irvine, California, you will play a crucial role in our Financial Planning and Analysis Team. You will be tasked with executing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and company-level reporting. By cooperating with various teams, you will provide forecasts, insights, and actionable recommendations that contribute to our strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Conduct financial analyses to back key business decisions, which include cost optimization, capital investments, and pricing strategies
• Prepare and scrutinize monthly and quarterly financial reports to monitor company performance
• Collaborate with different departments to set annual budgets, track performance, and analyze variances to ensure consistency in financial planning
• Develop and manage advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions, ensuring precision and scalability
• Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis to respond to emerging business needs and opportunities
• Utilize business systems and CRM tools to process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Employ data mining techniques to enhance the accuracy of financial forecasting and analysis
• Use tools like Crystal Reports and Confluence to prepare financial reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Manage auditing and accounting functions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Participate in budget processes and capital management to optimize resource allocation and financial performance. Requirements • Possess expertise in Business Systems
