We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a mission-driven organization that is dedicated to improving lives. Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer daily challenging business questions with data and recommendations through reporting and analysis.

  • The reporting created should be diagnostic in design and simple to use.

  • Analysis should exhibit concise storytelling with clear insights and recommendations.

     

    Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

  • Intermediate proficiency with SQL; Advanced proficiency preferred.

  • Experience with a statistical language (Python, R, SAS) is preferred but not required.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Tableau; 1+ year required.

  • Tableau certification is preferred but not required.

  • Tableau server/online admin experience preferred but not required.

  • Familiar with data visualization best practices.

  • Ability to easily work with and train others.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

    This role is designated hybrid, and candidates must be within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA office.  This role is exempt salary and pays $55,000-$110,000 annually, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
