Job Title: Assembler I and II
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers for contract-to-hire positions. Candidates must be aware and comfortable with the potential for these positions to remain contract beyond the initial six months. As an Assembler, you will use various tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly assemble and test medical devices. You will work under direct supervision and comply with all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include understanding and following detailed assembly instructions, reporting quality issues, providing on-the-job training to coworkers, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assemblers must be open to working weekdays and Saturdays as needed, with the possibility of starting an hour before the shift time.
