Robert Half International Marketing Product Manager in Irvine, California


The Marketing Programs Manager will work with Sales, Product and other Marketing personnel to develop and execute winning marketing campaigns/programs that deliver maximum impact and return on investment (ROI) to meet or exceed our vertical and target account strategies. This person will create marketing plans that align with the department’s strategy, maintain quality assurance and execute integrated communications across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities (Duties):

-Develop and manage the execution of vertical Marketing campaigns and programs that inform and influence buying decisions.

-Through research, customer interaction and ongoing collaboration with the GTM team, become the subject matter expert in the Staffing and Gig verticals.

-Educate GTM team on the potential role of marketing within targeted accounts.

-Measure, analyze, and report on program performance.

-Leverage content and assets to create vertical specific programs and campaigns.

-Champion product and service initiatives in support of the vertical.

-Manage the concurrent execution of a variety of marketing tactics within a given program and ensure linkage of tactics to industry and target account strategy.

-Manage and/or liaise with agency or third parties as appropriate.

-Manage marketing spend and forecast and ensure that deliverables are delivered on budget and on time.


-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

-5+ years of B2B Marketing experience, preferably in a service or software related industry.

-Proven track record and experience in executing marketing programs and deliverables.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

-Prefer candidates who have worked for or with companies that market/sell to Human Resources. Experience in/understanding of the Staffing industry a plus.
