About the Job:

The Manager of Omni Merchandising and Personalization will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of site merchandising for the Omnichannel Experience Team. This includes managing content authors, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and the execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans across all platforms. The role requires experience across multiple areas of site merchandising with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and real-time problem identification and solutioning to drive the best experience for every Taco Bell visitor.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead and manage a team of content authors to ensure timely and accurate creation, updating, and publishing of digital content across owned E-Comm channels (web/app), delivery channels, and in-restaurant channels (kiosks, digital menu boards).

  • Oversee the integration and efficient use and scale of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring digital assets are well-organized and easily accessible.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, ensuring all elements are built and executed effectively.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the UAT process to ensure the accuracy and functionality of digital content and product builds before launch.

  • Collaborate with and oversee vendors for digital assets, ensuring seamless integration into digital channels and adherence to brand standards.

  • Analyze and assess content performance using data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization.

  • Optimize operational processes where necessary to drive accuracy and efficiency.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Omni Merchandising and Personalization to drive product enhancements aimed at innovating and scaling site merchandising capabilities across all platforms.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in digital merchandising, content management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing content authors and digital asset management systems.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle effective stakeholder management

  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and content management platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop optimal operational processes to solve problems effectively

Salary Range: $118,500 to $168,960 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
