Title: Digital Content Creator and Editorial Specialist
Duration: Open ended contract (w2 contract/full time hours)
Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm PST (This is 9 AM-6 pm MST/10 AM-7 PM CST/11 am-8 pm EST)

responsibilities:
Required Skills -This role is responsible for writing, editing, and publishing content across various digital platforms, including websites, videos, email marketing, social media and more. The focus is on producing engaging and SEO optimized content that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our brand message.
Job Duties - Collaborates with stakeholders to determine strategic direction, key objectives and conducts necessary research.
Ensures content aligns with business goals, communicates the desired message to the intended audience, and adheres to corporate brand standards, and legal and compliance guidelines.
Synthesizes input from sources with diverse perspectives to create content representative of collective contributors; provides rationale for content decisions to senior staff.
Provide data updates and markups on a variety of documents, which will require pulling data from various systems and sources or receiving data from various internal teams.
Updates and/or identifies changes to information in materials that require quarterly/annual updates, including, but not limited to, statistical information and changes in investment and risk disclosures.
Compiles and organizes backup materials for use in fact-checking and recordkeeping.
Assists in adding required disclosure to materials using in-house disclosure tool.
Proofreads and fact-checks materials; verifies statistics and facts against internal and external sources.
Works as a liaison with third-party agencies and managed services. Reviewing their work and providing necessary backup, storyboards, and documentation for legal review.
Ability to work in and understand Excel for data sourcing and updating of materials.
