Revelyst Creative Operations Lead in Irvine, California
Job Description
The Creative Operations Lead is a member of Marketing Creative Team and is primarily responsible for leading production of marketing projects and campaigns across all brands. The individual in this role will own each aspect of a production (design, video & photo) as the main point of contact for the key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Creative Operations Director and is based out of our Irvine, CA office.
As the Creative Operations Lead you will have an opportunity to:
Independently lead and manage multiple creative projects, engaging directly with creative leadership, key stakeholders, and freelancers.
Meet with key partners to understand seasonal product and athlete stories, incorporating perspectives from Creative, Marketing, Social and Digital partners to align on final content with key initiatives
Manages project lifecycle of projects end-to-end, including planning, producing, and distributing content, in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitates the creative development and manages the workflow of production projects by assigning tasks to team members, reviewing progress, and making sure revisions are implanted as needed.
Owns each aspect of a production as the main point of contact, reporting to key stakeholders
Help support and contribute to the production of digital and social marketing content and initiatives
Works with external agencies/partners from inception to completion to execute creative deliverables.
Budgets, plans, and schedules production projects to ensure the smooth running of shoots and productions
Assists with negotiating estimates and contracts with all parties involved in productions

You have:
3-5 + years of production/coordinating experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience creating and managing a content calendar or schedules for multiple creative projects at once.
Experience with at least one project management tool like Jira, Asana or similar
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end production projects
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent writing and speaking skills, including presentation, and negotiating skills
High level of proficiency with project management systems
Experience withing Agency or in-house creative teams, with a strong understanding of branding, marketing, communications and advertising. 3+ years

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $64,500.00 - $96,700.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
