Fortive Corporation Assembler in Irvine, California
To ensure the daily activities of manufacturing products are completed and performed in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Performs mechanical assembly and packaging
Operates automated machinery
Completes all assigned training in timely manner
Follows QSR and ISO 9000 quality standards
Follows safety and hazmat procedures
Understand and complies with emergency procedures
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
Qualifications:
Requires 1-2 years related experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers
Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements
Verbal and written communication skills required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds
This position will be performed in manufacturing environment which requires certain preparation and gowning practices
Must be able to complete repetitive movements for extensive periods of time
Required to talk and hear
Required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $29,700.00 - $55,100.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
