Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Assembler to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire position, and candidates must be open to the possibility that the position may take longer than six months to become permanent. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, nail technology, or manufacturing with small parts.
Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience with microscopes.
Experience with small part assembly.
Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months high volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.
Ability to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials and catheters.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is within a manufacturing environment, specifically in a cleanroom where employees work in close stations. Candidates must be open to working during weekdays and Saturdays as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50
