Aerotek 1st Shift Medical Device Assembler in Irvine, California

Description:

The Assembler I under direct supervision uses a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test medical devices.

  1. Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.

  2. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.

  3. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/ Supervisor.

  4. Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Min 6 months high volume small part assembly w/microscope

  • Ability to work with microscope 90% of shift

  • Able to work with small parts (will be inspecting various raw materials but the main product are catheters)
