The Phoenix Center Human Resources Coordinator in Ironton, Ohio
Job Duties: **
- Reports directly to the Human Resources/Corporate Compliance Director
- Oversee 401-(k)
- Oversee staff insurance
- Oversee audits
- Manage all incoming mail
- Manage phone calls
- Schedule all employee interviews and keep interviewers and supervisors informed of their schedule within 36 business hours after application.
- Process all documents/forms for new employees and ensure all are uploaded to Bamboo and/or sent to the appropriate contact. • Ensure office/staff supply Purchase Order Requests are completed as needed and sent to the Business Manager. • Coordinate and communicate with local colleges, educational centers, and other agencies to recruit applicants. • Assist in new hire insurance forms, update for existing staff as needed, and ensure the forms are sent to the appropriate contact. • Track gas receipts and ensure they are electronically submitted to the Ironton Operations Supervisor at the end of each month. • Assist in maintaining all employee files. Ensure all forms remain up to date, complete, and are organized electronically. • Notify staff when documentation adjustments are necessary and ensure adjustments are completed.
- Work as a team member including participating in all required trainings.
- Assist in coordinating staff trainings, training registrations, and setup accommodations..
- Assist in processing employee information changes as needed i.e., address changes, tax withholding requests, etc. and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate.
- Track due dates for background checks, licensure, and credential renewals and ensure that staff are notified electronically 90 days prior to expiration/renewal date.
- Maintain staff records electronically from interview through termination.
- Issue staff assets and maintain staff asset inventory electronically.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Offboard staff within 24 business hours after date of termination/resignation.
- Assist in coordinating staff relations/appreciation efforts/events.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and contacting the appropriate contact when needed.
- Complete any assignments delegated by the Human Resources/Corporate Compliance Director
Minimum Qualifications: **
- 2-3 years of experience
Education Requirements: **
High School Diploma
Associates Degree preferred
