Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to support operations in our Iron Mountain office. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Assist human resources, sales, and engineering departments with day-to-day tasks
Order office supplies
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
Create and distribute advertising materials
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1-2 years of office experience Proficient in all MS Office
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, software such as Quickbooks is a plus
