We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Representative to join our team in Inver Grove Heights,MN

Title: Accounts Payable Representative

Location: Inver Grove Heights

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $27 per hour, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a matching 401(K) plan

Your Responsibilities:

  • Track receipt of data and source documents.Prepare and organize source documents, interpreting data accurately for entry.

  • Collaborate with document preparers to resolve queries, inconsistencies, or missing data.Maintain precise and thorough client files and filing systems.

  • Enter data into the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable System, ensuring accuracy, and making necessary corrections.

  • Contribute actively to team objectives and collaborate effectively.

  • Perform general clerical duties, including typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and filing.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or AP/AR roles.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, with essential expertise in Excel.
