About the Role:
We are seeking a Security / Program Support analyst for the Program Management Office (PMO) located in Stuttgart, Germany. The successful candidate will oversee and organize security operations for the entire program and provide support for the general daily operations of the PMO. This role is a hybrid position, as such this will necessitate the understanding of other PMO job areas and require cross-functional training in order to provide additional support to the PMO. As a member of the PMO, you must demonstrate excellent organization, planning and interpersonal skills. You will need a strong commitment the team, program, and mission.
What You’ll Do:
Assist and train contract personnel on security and corporate policies
Ensure physical security of workspaces
Grant authorization to operate IT systems
Generate reports for program management
Review reports on security breaches and assist in investigating and resolving issues
Ensure the daily upkeep of digital program files and databases
Identify contractual requirements for clearances and submit documentation
Submit all Visit Access Requests (VARs) and contractor memos
Facilitate program TDY travel and tracking
Provide business/administrative support to team members and PM staff
Assist in new hire orientation
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current and Active Secret Clearance (No Waiver)
Experience in security administration, program support, compliance, and both physical and digital security
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with wiliness to proactively take on a variety of tasks in support of the PMO
A strong working knowledge of MS Office, intermediate to advanced level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in database upkeep and management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset
Ability to pass TESA:
Bachelor’s Degree and three years of recent and related experience
Associate’s Degree and seven years of recent and related experience
High School Diploma and 11 years of recent and related experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience as a security manager role or similar position
Experience with Security and Compliance Programs:
Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
Army Centralized Contracts and Security Portal (ACCS),
Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS)
Experience with the facilitation of TDY travel for contract personnel

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
