The Opportunity:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Platforms Systems Administrator - XSOAR Admin. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany.

• Responsible for supporting systems and applications on a geographically dispersed Enterprise network with multiple types of servers and server applications. You will be directly responsible for the effective and efficient operation and interconnectivity of a Department of Defense Network and will execute the actions required to correct deficiencies or shortcomings and to improve system performance and efficiency.

• Responsible for activities that span across multiple disciplines and platforms. Perform engineering functions found in the service design domain and provide escalated support to incident management. Support engineering eff orts to design, build, test, integrate, transition, implement, document, and train when transitioned to IT Operations Management.

• More specifically, this position requires an Systems Admin who is primarily focused on the continued design and maintenance activities within the XSOAR Platform.

• They will provide senior level knowledge and Tier 3 support to the customer and their components to include Tier 3infrastructure, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support that builds, configures, and administers several hundred servers in their area of operation. Additionally, they will provide mentorship to less senior engineers and administrators.

• The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of eff orts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Health Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

o Apply patches, updates, and maintain optimal platform performance.

o Troubleshoot Linux-level issues related to XSOAR components.

• Scaling and Infrastructure Planning:

o Plan for scaling and infrastructure changes to meet the evolving needs of XSOAR.

• Integration Development and Deployment:

o Build and configure integrations between XSOAR and third-party systems.

o Develop custom connectors or scripts using Python.

o Customize and optimize existing integrations.

• Playbook Creation and Optimization:

o Design and implement automated playbooks for incident response.

o Enhance existing playbooks for efficiency and effectiveness.

o Collaborate with various teams to standardize response workflows.

• Dashboarding, Reporting, and Analytics:

o Design dashboards to visualize security metrics and operational trends.

o Generate reports to support investigations, decision-making, and compliance.

• Documentation and Knowledge Management:

o Develop documentation for integrations, playbooks, and configurations.

o Maintain a knowledge base repository.

• Additional Responsibilities:

o Provide end-user education and support for XSOAR.

o Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for XSOAR implementation.

Qualifications:

• Currently hold a current adjudicated Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain maintain a TS/SCI (No Waiver).

• BA/BS +5 years recent specialized experience

• Professional certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8570 IAT II (Sec+)

• Server Operating Systems Cert(Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-800/801 etc)

• Scripting Experience (PowerShell/Bash etc)

Desired Qualification:

• XSOAR Platform experience

• RHEL experience

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
