Description
Job Title: Temporary Onsite Accountant
Duration: 1-2 Months (Project-based assignment)
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Onsite Accountant to join our team for a short-term project. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to contribute their expertise in accounting and play a key role in implementing new processes.
As a Temporary Onsite Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting functions, with a focus on QuickBooks proficiency and the implementation of new accounting processes. This is a project-based assignment, lasting approximately 1-2 months, where you will collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate financial records and efficient accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Implement new accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Provide support for any ad-hoc financial projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a project-based or temporary capacity.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
Knowledge of implementing new accounting processes is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
