Insight Global Manufacturing Process Engineer in Ingersoll, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a top automotive client on an ongoing contract basis. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing and implementing product or machinery designs for the best method for manufacturing processes. This individual will be proposing and evaluating the processes for equipment, as well as directing the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes at the plant. Additionally, the candidate will evaluate or monitor expenditures for processes and/or equipment and provide direction to a small group of technical employees.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience of manufacturing engineering experience/manufacturing operations experience
Ability to lead a work group and project management experience
Familiarity with engineering modelling software and the ability to read engineering prints (AutoCAD, NX, SolidWorks)
Ability to travel to Michigan (approx once a month) and occasional work on weekends - PLC and robot programming language experience/knowledge null
