As a Senior Manager Compliance and Quality, you will provide expert consultation and work on global projects and initiatives to integrate compliance and quality-related regulations and requirements into Global Business Services (GBS). Your role will be crucial in overseeing and driving a strong compliance and quality culture.

Tasks & responsibilities
As Senior Manager Compliance and Quality, you will implement and drive the execution of external and internal legal or regulatory requirements for the Global Business Services (GBS) organizational unit through specific implementation plans and projects, while working closely with global functions such as Compliance, Legal, and Global Quality.
With your guidance, you will ensure that GBS processes and services comply with Compliance and Quality requirements.
By leading international cross-functional project teams, you will drive innovation and change.
Leveraging your expertise in Risk Management, you will serve as the central point of contact to steer and further develop Business Continuity Management within the GBS organization.
You will advise the GBS organization on the preparation, fieldwork, and follow-up of internal audits.
Moreover, you will draft and revise internal guidelines and documents.
Furthermore, you will create training documentation and train GBS employees to strengthen awareness and adherence to Compliance and Quality requirements.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or comparable education; an additional degree in Compliance or Risk Management is an advantage
Long-term professional experience in a global company environment; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Profound work experience in the areas of Compliance, Quality, or Risk Management
Experienced in project management methods as a leader of international cross-functional project teams
Skilled in structuring complexity
High competence in developing and driving the execution of effective, business-focused frameworks and processes
Excellent persuasion and communication skills in English and German
