The Position

Tasks & responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for the design, creation and management of analytical data products for our Animal Health Global Strategic Account Management.
You will become an expert utilizing data source from the sales domain (direct and indirect sales, rebates), the master data domains (customer, product), engagement domain(CRM, Key Account Management) and external market insights (CEESA) for our top global accounts.
Utilizing your expertise, you will spearhead the gathering of strategic account data, processing the data, and transforming into a harmonized data foundation.
Furthermore, you will ensure that the process and governance are in sync with business planning, the sign-off process, and the creation of reports for business reviews.
You will take the lead in facilitating reporting and analytics projects across various internal stakeholders and business segments.
You will become a Data Domain Owner, understanding respective data, managing business requirements and demands into data products, making data accessible in good data quality and in line with defined governance rules and risks mitigations.
Requirements
Master’s degree; degree in Finance/Business and/or statistics/analytics preferred with several years of relevant reporting and analytical experience in a global organization (life science, animal health, fast moving consumer goods)
Strong analytical skills and ability to hands-on leverage analytical tools for data analysis and presentation (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc) to generate insights that can help drive decisions
Familiarity with methods & tools used for data storage, cleansing, preparation, validation and modeling (e.g. SQL, R, Python, Alteryx etc.)
Experience in developing, delivering, and tracking requirements for systems and data preparation to teams responsible for data architecture and design
Expertise in customer level reporting
Understanding of financial models and industry best practices
Ability to work well with others across different cultures and levels, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in diverse situations
Independent, self-motivated, and responsible, with the ability to manage personal tasks and timelines, and patience with progress
Balancing hands-on work with strategic foresight for the next 10 years, understanding the role's scope and limitations
