We are strengthening the Business HR team supporting the Domestic Building Services (DBS) Division with a passionate and experienced L&D professional with learning project management focus. With the team you will have the opportunity to shape our learning culture by delivering best in class learning projects based on the latest learning philosophies and best practices.

What is the job about?

As an experienced Senior Learning Partner your responsibility will be developing and Learning & Development initiatives and activities with a cross functional impact on the division.

You will do learning project scoping, planning, designing learning journey structure, designing learning materials, creating communication and engagement plan around learning projects, reporting, and measuring the learning impact on learners as well as leading the appointed project member(s). The learning projects evolves from the business strategy and skills gap analysis.

The key activities in that role are described in the following:

As Senior Learning Partner your responsibility will be ensuring the optimal and most efficient utilization of global concepts, frameworks, processes, and tools within L&D to provide quality and impactful learning activities to the supported business area of the Grundfos organisation which includes:

  • Connect global learning agenda with business context & strategy

  • Identify critical skill development needs in the division

  • Co-create, drive and support Global learning strategies and programs (e.g. Onboarding, Leadership programs, learning journeys etc.)

  • Drive Learning Board(s) and learning prioritisation in Division

  • In Learning Board also discuss and coordinate cross divisional and functional activities coming from other CxO´s (e.g., global roll-outs)

  • Plan deployment of learning activities in the Division.

  • Drive the divisional learning academy, learning universes and motivational communication.

  • Report on learning impact, prepare material for business leadership decision.

  • Prepare material for business leadership (reporting, BRM, proposals and business cases.).

  • Facilitate specific training sessions (team development, onboarding, etc.).

  • Provide Line Manager support for embedding the learnings in the flow of work

  • Educate Managers to be experienced in people development

  • Educate Employees to take ownership of their own development

What do you need to apply?

  • You have 4-5 years of relevant work experience – particularly in a global organisation

  • You have proven learning project management skills

  • You have solid knowledge of learning impact, planning, execution and measurement of activities and projects within L&D

  • You possess an understanding of learning systems, tools, processes

  • You have fluent spoken and written English knowledge

  • You have stakeholder management skills

  • You have storytelling and communication skills

  • You have collaborative skills

  • You have analytical and structured working method

  • You are enthusiastic about L&D.
