SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the planned work and production goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate Operations activities between hangars. Coordinate Operations activities between shifts. - Perform hangar audits. - Provide technical support as required. - Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions. - Ensure overall customer satisfaction. - Travel may be required. - All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required. Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.
